One call cleans it all

Our regular clean is our standard service where we upkeep the same level of clean every time. Available to our existing clients, who have already had an initial deep clean. 

KITCHEN: Clean and disinfect all countertops and sinks; wipe down appliances (outside); wipe down microwave (outside/inside); shake out mats; dust light fixtures; wipe down countertop appliances; sweep/vacuum and mop floors; remove all trash.

LIVING AREAS: Dust/wipe down all furniture surfaces; clean any glass tables/end tables; dust items on tables and shelves; dust light fixtures; vacuum all carpets and area rugs; sweep and mop all hardwood floors; remove all trash.

BATHROOMS: Clean and disinfect the toilet bowl plus the toilet exterior (base, inside and outside of seat and lid); clean and disinfect countertops and sinks; clean and disinfect showers and tubs; dust light fixtures; sweep/vacuum and mop all floors; remove all trash.

BEDROOMS: Dust/wipe down all furniture surfaces; clean any glass tables/end tables; dust items on tables and shelves; dust light fixtures; vacuum all carpets and area rugs; sweep and mop all hardwood floors; straighten beds (making beds with clean sheets is a service we offer for an additional fee); remove all trash.

Our deep clean is our premium service where we address all of those cleaning items that are normally done once to twice a year. When we start with a new client, we do require an initial deep clean in order to set a baseline standard that we will maintain with our regular cleans. For new clients who have had previous cleaning services, we will adjust our deep cleaning service as needed. Deep cleaning is also available to our regular clients at a discounted rate. 

KITCHEN: Clean and disinfect all countertops and sinks; wipe down appliances (outside); wipe down microwave (outside/inside); shake out mats; dust light fixtures; wipe down countertop appliances (outside); sweep/vacuum and mop floors; remove all trash. Clean/wipe down the inside of the oven (self cleaning ovens will need to have the clean cycle ran the night before we are scheduled to clean) this service is optional; wipe down shelves inside of the refrigerator; run a clean cycle or wipe down the inside door of the dishwasher; vacuum tops of baseboards; damp wipe cabinet doors where needed; clean any cabinet glass; dust around and underneath the refrigerator (will not pull out refrigerator); dust blinds, interior window corners/sills, and door headers; dust corners of walls to ceiling (without the need of a ladder); sanitize trash cans. 

LIVING AREAS: Dust/wipe down all furniture surfaces; clean any glass tables/end tables; dust items on tables and shelves; dust light fixtures; vacuum all carpets and area rugs; sweep and mop all hardwood floors; remove all trash. Vacuuming of upholstery as well as underneath furniture (will not move furniture); dust ceiling fans, lamp shades; dust blinds, interior window corners/sills, door headers, vacuum tops of baseboards; dust corners of walls to ceiling (without the need of a ladder); sanitize trash cans.

BATHROOMS: Clean and disinfect the toilet bowl plus the toilet exterior (base, inside and outside of seat and lid); clean and disinfect countertops and sinks; clean and disinfect showers and tubs; dust light fixtures; sweep/vacuum and mop all floors; remove all trash. Detailed cleaning of all tile/grout in shower areas; vacuum tops of baseboards; damp wipe cabinets where needed; clean any cabinet glass; dust blinds, interior window corners/sills, and door headers; dust corner of walls to ceiling (without the need of ladder); sanitize trash cans.

BEDROOMS: Dust/wipe down all furniture surfaces; clean any glass tables/end tables; dust items on tables and shelves; dust light fixtures; vacuum all carpets and area rugs; sweep and mop all hardwood floors; straighten beds (making beds with clean sheets is a service we offer for an additional fee); remove all trash. Vacuuming of upholstery as well as underneath furniture (will not move furniture); dust ceiling fans, lamp shades; dust blinds, windows corners/sills, door headers, vacuum tops of baseboards; dust corners of walls to ceiling without the need of ladder); sanitize trash cans. 

Our organizational services are offered at an hourly rate. JP Cleaning & Organizing will customize the job to suit your preference.
